- Our website host and WordPress/WooCommerce service providers, to run the store
Hope Fund applications are kept separate
This store does not collect Hope Fund applications or any health information. Applications are handled privately by our clinic’s administrative staff through our secure clinic process, separate from this website and its tracking tools. See How to Apply.
How long we keep information
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at [email protected] or (806) 319-7400. You can also block cookies in your browser, though the cart may not work without them.
Children
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
